Job description

  • Support day-to-day operational processing and servicing for Trade Payables, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, and related Working Capital Finance programs from setup through funding, repayment, reconciliation, and closure
  • Coordinate and monitor operational transitions between onboarding, booking, funding, servicing, and support functions
  • Review and validate operational inputs, documentation, and system records for trade finance transactions
  • Monitor post-funding servicing, repayment processing, partial payments, approved modifications, exceptions, loan payoff, and closure
  • Perform or oversee reconciliations across Trade platforms, Core Systems, payment systems, and accounting records
  • Investigate, elevate, and coordinate resolution of exceptions, breaks, and data discrepancies
  • Support operational readiness and implementation for approved buyers, suppliers, corporate clients, and program participants
  • Maintain operational procedures, job aids, control routines, and process documentation
  • Support operational risk governance, root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, exception reporting, control monitoring, and audit/regulatory readiness
  • Prepare and support management and stakeholder reporting on utilization, balances, advances/loans, supplier participation, repayments, exceptions, SLAs, reconciliations, and capacity indicators
  • Partner with Technology, Product, Credit, Compliance, Finance, Treasury, and vendors on enhancements, automation, process improvements, testing, and workflow stabilization
  • Provide subject matter input during implementation projects, vendor integrations, system testing, and change management
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
  • 5+ years banking operations experience with exposure to Loan Operations, Commercial Lending Operations, Treasury Operations, Trade Services, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Payables Finance, or Working Capital Finance programs
  • Experience supporting commercial or corporate banking clients and working with loan/core systems, workflow tools, payment systems, document repositories, reporting tools, or trade/supply chain platforms
  • 2+ years experience supporting process improvement, system implementation, control execution, reconciliation, reporting, or operational risk activities in a regulated banking environment
  • Working knowledge of Payables Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, invoice financing, trade-related lending, and post-funding servicing concepts
  • Strong understanding of loan operations, servicing workflows, funding controls, repayment processing, reconciliations, exception management, and operational risk controls
  • Ability to understand and document system interactions across Trade platforms, nCino/Elevate, Loan IQ/Core, payment systems, Finance/GL, and document repositories
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify process gaps, data breaks, control weaknesses, root causes, and practical remediation actions
  • Strong collaboration skills across Product, Front Office, Credit, Compliance, Treasury, Finance, Technology, Legal, Audit, external vendors, and operations teams
  • Ability to support regulatory, audit, and management reporting requests with accuracy, clarity, and appropriate documentation
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, exceptions, and project tasks in a controlled manner
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, reporting tools, workflow tools, and loan or trade finance systems
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including ability to explain operational issues, risks, and dependencies to business and technology partners
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
