The Role:
  • Brokerage accounts trade execution: the candidate will be part of a team responsible for executing Clients' directed trades across asset classes

  • Trade life-cycle management: the candidate will own the full trading life cycle, from pre-trade checks, trade execution to booking and post-trade checks, including risk disclosures, product marketing obligations and reporting execution details to Clients

  • Extensive Asset Classes execution knowledge: the candidate will develop an in-depth knowledge of all asset classes and products offered by the Private Bank

  • Extensive Clients and Markets coverage: the candidate will be part of a team with multi-regional coverage responsibilities, having the opportunity to work in a fast and dynamic multi-market and multi-cultural environment

  • Work closely with management to generate solutions to provide best in-class services to clients

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills:
  • Ability to work under tight market deadlines and accuracy in executing Clients' directed orders are a must

  • Coachable professional with good business sense and energetic/dynamic personality

  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral

  • Self-starter, high sense of responsibility, extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively

  • Knowledge of financial markets and products

  • Risk Management, Good judgment and problem-solving skills

  • Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters

  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player

  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills

  • General comfort level with Internet/Intranet usage and ability to learn proprietary software.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills:
  • English and Spanish required, Portuguese a plus.

  • Series 7 and 66 required

  • Excel required, Python a plus

  • Degree educated, preferably in finance or business-related subject (or equivalent)

  • Previous Brokerage/Trading experience required: and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
