Retail Finance Manager Overview
This is a high visibility role serving as a strategic business partner to the sales team and is responsible for guiding decision-making through business analysis and consultation. The Retail Finance Manager works closely with top management, KAMs, Demand Planning, and Regional Sales to analyze business drivers, sales performance, promotions, initiatives, and profitability. This role leads sales forecasting and planning efforts, is primarily responsible for fully loaded marginal contribution analysis and reporting, and is a primary point of contact in Corporate Planning for revenue growth management initiatives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Partners with sales and marketing to lead the development and execution of PBV's revenue growth management strategy.
  • Provides financial leadership to develop strategies to maximize net revenue growth and profitability, including analytics for promotions, price, pack, mix, and trade incentives.
  • Analyzes market share data to assess price performance and competitive trends and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Oversees rolling sales forecasts for accuracy against current trends and expected future performance. Ensures that fully loaded financials are accurate and updated with the most up to date information available.
  • Assists KAMs and sales leadership with developing the strategic and annual operating plan.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent required.
  • Five to eight (5-8) years of relevant analyst experience required.
  • Five (5) plus years of relevant business experience in an FP&A role preferred.
  • CMA candidate a plus.
  • Financial modeling, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting experience required.
  • Expert Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes.
  • Ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Must have strong Excel/financial modeling skills and familiarity with sales reporting and accounting systems.
  • Consumer products/beverage industry experience highly desirable.
