sourcing, supplier innovation, disciplined governance, AI-enabled insights, and future-ready procurement capabilities.·         Define, commit to, and deliver market Procurement goals aligned with the NAM CFO, global Procurement performance expectations, savings targets, innovation priorities, and business stakeholder needs.·         Implement best-in-class Procurement and Travel Management methods, processes, policies, governance standards, and digital tools across the market, ensuring compliance, transparency, and speed of execution.·        Leading the market's Travel Management strategy to deliver cost-effective, efficient, compliant, and safe travel programs that support business objectives and employee experience.·         Future-proof the Procurement function by embedding AI, automation, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making into source-to-pay activities, enabling teams to move beyond transactional execution toward strategic value creation for adidas. Key Responsibilities·         Translate the global Procurement strategy into clear North America priorities, actionable roadmaps, and measurable outcomes that support adidas business performance.·         Deliver annually agreed savings, value creation, risk mitigation, and productivity targets for the market.·        Regularly report and communicate market targets in alignment with global Procurement targets.·         Shape a long-term Procurement agenda  and Global Procurement leadership, ensuring North America market requirements, future capability needs, and adidas strategic priorities are represented.·        Lead, drive, and develop market teams; develop and manage top specialized talent and capabilities within the market.·        Drive capability development in the market regarding new capabilities, process and technology standardization, leading practice sharing, and talent development.·         Champion responsible AI adoption across Procurement by building data literacy, strengthening governance, improving supplier intelligence, and enabling faster, better-informed decisions across spend, risk, demand, and supplier performance.·        Prioritize, initiate, and manage continuous improvement initiatives.·        Facilitate impact assessments of changing requirements within the market, including legislation and policies.·        Work together with Senior Global Category Directors to position market-specific procurement requirements at a global level.·        Develop and oversee market travel category strategies and travel supplier portfolios, ensuring alignment with global Procurement and Travel objectives.·        Drive optimization of travel and meetings programs to improve operational efficiency, employee experience, compliance, and financial performance.·        Ensure market travel requirements and priorities are represented within global category strategies and travel program governance. Manage the Procurement organization on a market level·        Lead the Procurement organization in accordance with adidas management principles, supporting the organization's focus on performance, talent management, values, leadership, and self-management practices.·        Drive implementation of Procurement Leadership Team decisions at market and country levels.·        Manage the quality of the end-to-end source-to-pay process, including compliance with policies, strategies, and processes within the market.·        Manage the Procurement budget within the market, overseeing financial performance through cost-effectiveness analysis and cost control activities.·        Monitor and support successful execution and implementation of sourcing strategies, including stakeholder alignment and customer satisfaction.·        Prioritize support requests and communicate priorities transparently to stakeholders.·        Agree and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) between Procurement, GBS service delivery, and the business.·        Develop, align, and execute an annual action plan to advance the Procurement function.·        Develop and implement a market Procurement succession plan.·        Provide strategic leadership and governance for the North America Travel Management function.·        Lead and develop the Travel team through direct management of the Sr. Manager, Travel, ensuring strong talent development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational capability.·        Oversee travel policy implementation, compliance management, traveler communications, and continuous improvement initiatives across the market.·        Ensure effective governance and oversight of travel booking, meetings and events, traveler communications, and travel risk management programs.·        Monitor and evaluate travel program performance through KPIs, supplier scorecards, compliance metrics, spend analytics, and stakeholder feedback.·        Partner with Finance, HR, Security, Legal, and IT to ensure effective management of travel-related processes, systems, controls, and duty-of-care requirements.Act as Point of Contact for market stakeholders and the market/country management team·        Manage stakeholder relationships and satisfaction, acting as a trusted business partner and representing Procurement within the market organization.·        Strive for alignment between Procurement category strategies, sourcing implementation, and market P&L delivery.·        Build and strengthen key customer relationships to drive stakeholder satisfaction across the business and countries.·        Serve as the senior market representative for Travel Management, advising executive stakeholders on travel strategy, policy, supplier performance, traveler experience, and spend optimization opportunities.·        Partner with business leaders to ensure travel programs effectively support commercial objectives while balancing cost, risk, compliance, and employee experience.Support key sourcing initiatives and management of core suppliers·        Review and advise category strategies for major market spend categories.·        Develop and lead partnerships with selected strategic suppliers.·        Provide executive oversight of strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management for travel-related categories, including airlines, hotels, car rental providers, travel management companies, meetings and events providers, and other travel-related suppliers.·        Partner with Global Procurement and Global Travel stakeholders to leverage enterprise agreements, drive supplier performance, and identify innovation opportunities.·        Ensure effective management of key travel suppliers through performance reviews, risk assessments, savings initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. Key Relationships·        Global Procurement and other market
