Position: Mig Welder, 1st Shift
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay Rate: $20.19/ Hr., with quick advancement opportunities
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: Mon - Thurs 5:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and every other Friday
Job Description:
Snelling has an immediate opening for a Mig Welder, 1st Shift. The ideal candidate should be able to weld, manufacture, and fabricate finished metal products. The Mig Welder should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include:
  • Weld, fit, fabricate metal products
  • Read blueprints
  • Mig welding
  • Basic line / track weld
  • No large parts with a ton of welding lines
Welder/Fabricator Requirements:
  • 1-2 years welding experience preferred (entry level candidates may apply)
  • Technical degree preferred
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must have Weld Hood
  • Must have Steel Toed Boots
