Job description

RP Sol is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to join their growing practice in Tucson, AZ. This partnership-track position is 100% IR-focused, offering flexible scheduling and support from APPs and advanced technology. The role provides an opportunity to grow clinically and non-clinically within a collaborative team environment.

Practice Info

  • Full-time, 100% IR, partnership track position
  • Independent contractor opportunities also available
  • Support provided by 2 APPs for light IR procedures
  • Additional support tools including VRAs, AI tools, as well as 24/7 IT and administrative support
  • Next-generation operation system MosaicOSTM, a fully cloud-and AI-native platform that merges diagnostic technologies, AI powered tools and smart workflows into a single scalable solution
  • Supportive leadership team with strong working relationship with trauma surgeons

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of interventional procedures
  • Perform advanced procedures including cryoablation, embolizations, kyphoplasty, TIPS, UFE and more

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $500,000-$550,000
  • This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
  • Commencement bonus

Requirements

  • Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology
  • Licensed or have the ability to be licensed in Arizona
  • Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
  • Strong procedural skills and expertise in performing a wide range of interventional procedures
