Richmark Properties is currently seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee all aspects of maintenance operations at an apartment community. This position plays a critical role in maintaining property standards, ensuring resident satisfaction, and managing maintenance-related budgets and schedules.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily maintenance operations, including work orders, repairs, and unit make-readies
  • Order and track maintenance parts and supplies, ensuring expenses stay within budget
  • Maintain and service pool equipment (pool certification required)
  • Schedule and manage vendor services as needed
  • Ensure compliance with federal Fair Housing laws and all applicable local regulations
  • Provide leadership and training for maintenance staff
  • Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as part of on-call rotation
