A track and field coach plays a crucial role in both the physical and mental development of their athletes.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a track and field coach, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Track and Field Coach, you need expertise in athletics training, event-specific techniques, injury prevention, and often a background in physical education or coaching certification. Familiarity with timing systems, performance analytics tools, and safety protocols is typically required. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer retention

  • Assist leadership with forecasting, budgeting, and department planning

  • Use performance data and KPIs to make informed operational decisions

You'll help individual technicians improve their performance while creating consistent processes that allow Apollo's service department to grow.

Success will be measured through improvements in technician productivity, revenue, average ticket, conversion, maintenance agreement growth, callback rates, customer satisfaction, efficiency, profitability, and employee development.
