Overview

BRMi is seeking a TPRM Manager to support a large financial services client in a hybrid work environment in Vienna VA.

Seeking a dedicated resource to support the design, testing, implementation, documentation, and continuous enhancement of ThirdPartyRiskManagement (TPRM)workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business requirements, risk methodology, and future-state operating model objectives.

Salary: $104-116K

Hybrid in Vienna VA 3 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Support the design, enhancement, and optimization of TPRM workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk SMEs, and technology teams to document, validate, and implement TPRM workflow requirements and enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Assist in configuring and testing ServiceNow workflow changes to support evolving TPRM processes, controls, and business requirements.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), document results, and coordinate issue resolution to ensure successful deployment of workflow enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, business requirements, desktop job aids, and training materials related to ServiceNow TPRM functionality.
  • Support the translation of TPRM methodology and process requirements into scalable, automated workflows within ServiceNow.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual activities through workflow automation, improved routing, system controls, and enhanced user experience.
  • Monitor workflow performance and user feedback, documenting enhancement opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and process consistency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Information Security, Compliance, Privacy, and Technology, to support end-to-end TPRM workflow integration.
  • Assist with data validation, reporting requirements,metrics,and workflow governance activities to support program oversight and continuous improvement.
