Job description

1. Participates in shift report by listening actively and clarifying patient care instructions with Charge Nurse.

2. Monitors and records vital signs (TPR, height, weight, I&O and BP) accurately and within time frames.

3. Attends to the Activities of Daily Living of patients by assisting and/or supervising.

4. Serves Meals, monitoring and recording dietary habits.

5. Intervenes as appropriate with dietary needs and records intake of form, as instructed.
