Job description

The Target Pay Range for this position is $82,000- $ 102,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.

You are passionate and knowledgeable about digital, services and technology products and innovation, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. You lead special initiatives from ideation through execution, supporting Antech's broader innovation strategy and innovation goals. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

The Associate Product Manager is responsible for managing and delivering a portfolio of initiatives that support Antech's strategic objectives. This role works closely with the Product Management, Portfolio Strategy Team, Technical Leads, PMO, and other stakeholders to prioritize projects, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

This role is designed to be dynamic, adapting to business needs by leading key strategic projects and providing support across the Technical Product Management team, offering a unique opportunity for broad skill development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Project and Product Management

  • Manage multiple innovation and on-market support special projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.

  • Define and refine project scopes, user stories, and backlog items.

  • Analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

  • Set goals, monitor progress, and resolve issues during execution.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders including executive leadership, commercial teams, and engineering to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Manage expectations and negotiate priorities with internal and external stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with PMO, Technical Leads, and Product Managers to ensure governance, prioritization, and milestone accountability.

  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, open communication, and continuous improvement.

  • Participate in stand-ups, refinement sessions, demos, and usability testing.

  • Gather and incorporate voice of customer feedback to drive project improvements.

Technical Acumen

  • Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to Antech's business.

  • Manage project backlogs and prioritize items based on changing requirements and business needs.

  • Monitor and evaluate project progress at each stage.

  • Ensure projects align with architectural principles, scalability, security, and customer experience goals.

  • Use data and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Performance Metrics and Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track KPIs to measure project success and team performance.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize project delivery and prioritize initiatives.

  • Continuously evaluate project outcomes, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

PMO/TL/TPM Collaboration

  • Support activation and enforcement of RACI and stage gate processes across TPM, TL, and PMO.

  • Facilitate clear communication and alignment across functions to ensure seamless execution of projects.

  • Support the TPM leadership team with communication of projects to senior executives

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required.

  • Typically, 1-2 years of experience in technical program management or product management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools

  • Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience of creating executive communications

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%).

Working Conditions

The associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations, and communicate with people in an office environment. The associate is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

The associate will primarily work in a typical office environment including the use of cubicles, computers, and overhead lighting. Temperature extremes will be minimal to nonexistent. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The associate will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, database management, email, and the Internet. The associate is frequently required to use a calculator, copy machine, and phone system. The associate must occasionally use media equipment such as an overhead projector, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
