We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and drive enterprise technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program delivery, stakeholder management, and Agile execution, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams. Salesforce knowledge is preferred, and exposure to AI-related initiatives is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional technology programs and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define program goals, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
- Drive Agile delivery processes, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure successful program execution.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
- Monitor program health, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while providing regular executive-level updates.
- Create concise, impactful executive presentations and status decks for leadership reviews and decision-making.
- Support planning, prioritization, and governance activities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, project governance standards, and delivery best practices.
