This role is ideal for someone with deep fintech knowledge and a strong grasp of blockchain and cryptocurrency markets, who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Role Overview:
As a Strategic Insights Business Development Associate, you will support the firm's business development efforts by identifying strategic opportunities for the firm, performing deep analysis of industry trends and target companies, leading the creation of materials used to win new business, and helping to build relationships with the leading FinTech companies around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Track industry trends, company performance, investment activity, and emerging technologies
  • Leverage in-depth research and analysis of FinTech, blockchain and crypto sectors to drive deal sourcing and procurement
  • Lead analysts in developing client targeting strategies, analyzing prospective companies and advancing the pipeline
  • Work directly with leadership of leading FinTech companies to enhance the firm's diligence and assessment of each opportunity
  • Collaborate with senior bankers across the firm to develop presentations and other materials to win new business
  • Manage the maintenance and enhancement of internal databases for market intelligence, transaction activity, and target clients

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, corporate strategy, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge and experience in blockchain and cryptocurrency is required
  • Deep understanding of fintech market dynamics and emerging trends
  • Superior research, writing, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution; advanced degree or MBA is a plus

Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $130,000- $150,000
  • Bonus potential and comprehensive benefits package
