Field Service Technician / Forklift Mechanic
Full-Time | Salt Lake City
Dillon Toyota Lift is hiring a Field Service Technician (Forklift Mechanic) to service and repair warehouse and material handling equipment at customer locations in the Salt Lake area.
This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work, problem-solving, and working independently.
What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose and repair forklifts and warehouse equipment
    (Toyota and other makes)
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting
  • Communicate with service managers, parts, and dispatch
  • Complete work orders, labor hours, and parts documentation
  • Maintain a company service van and inventory
What We’re Looking For
  • Mechanical or technician experience
    (automotive, forklifts, heavy equipment, or related industry)
  • Willingness to learn electrical and hydraulic systems
    (experience helpful but not required)
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work
