Experienced Automotive Title Clerk (Dealership Experience Required)

Join One of the Philadelphia Area's Premier Toyota Dealership Groups! We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complex processes, takes ownership of their work, and finds satisfaction in completing tasks accurately and on time.

 

Due to continued growth, Ardmore Toyota in Ardmore, PA and Central City Toyota in Philadelphia, PA are seeking an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our Accounting Department.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and providing exceptional support behind the scenes. If you enjoy working in a structured environment, staying organized, and consistently meeting important deadlines, we'd love to hear from you.


Responsibilities

  • Process Pennsylvania and out-of-state vehicle title work accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare payoff checks and related documentation
  • Process registrations, title applications, and supporting paperwork
  • Ensure all paperwork complies with state and dealership requirements
  • Assist with general accounting procedures as needed
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department
  • Work collaboratively with sales, finance, and management to ensure timely processing of vehicle transactions

Qualifications

  • Previous Automotive Title Clerk experience required
  • 1–2 years of dealership accounting office experience required
  • Pennsylvania Notary Public required
  • DealerBuilt DMS experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where timely completion of work is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable with outstanding follow-through and accountability

Compensation

$24.00 – $32.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and dealership title processing experience.
