Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team. As a Service BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers, helping deliver an exceptional ownership experience by scheduling appointments, responding to customer inquiries, following up on service recommendations, and supporting customer retention efforts.

What You'll Do
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, text messages, emails, and online service inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments while maximizing shop capacity and technician productivity.
  • Follow up with customers regarding declined services, overdue maintenance, recalls, and manufacturer service campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM and dealership software to document customer interactions accurately.
  • Contact customers after service visits to ensure complete satisfaction and resolve concerns when appropriate.
  • Assist in maintaining customer retention through consistent communication and relationship building.
  • Work closely with Service Advisors, Service Managers, and Parts personnel to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for appointments, show rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing the Jeff Wyler brand.
