Job description

We are seeking a Full-time Marketing and Retail Sales Specialist to join our Team.

Job Summary:

The Marketing and Visual Merchandising Specialist is focused on marketing development and executes strategies to drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen brand presence in-store and online.

Core duties include:

  • Developing Marketing Strategies: Creating campaigns, promotions, and in-store displays that align with business goals and target customer preferences to increase foot traffic and sales
  • Analyzing Market Trends: Monitoring consumer behavior, competitor activities, and sales data to identify opportunities for product launches, promotions, or store enhancements
  • Executing In-Store Initiatives: Planning events, adjusting store layouts, and implementing signage or point-of-sale materials to improve customer experience and drive conversions.
  • Monitoring Performance: Tracking KPIs such as sales growth, foot traffic, customer engagement, and ROI to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies

The Key holder will be responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team by completing cash-register operations, opening and closing procedures, and acting as Lead on Duty. This position is also responsible for full array of inventory management duty. You will represent the brand, operate in a professional manner, engage customers, maintain store standards, and support teamwork and employee development.

Locations: Cherry Creek Mall, Denver, CO

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years’ retail sale, marketing and merchandising experience in Specialty, gift or luxury goods or comparable retail environment.

- Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field

· Proven organizational, analytical and business management skills.

· Demonstrate passion for excellent customer service and experiential retail.

· Strong Leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively with in all levels within the organization

· Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business.

Physical Requirements

· Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekends and holidays

· Standing for extended period of time

· Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and bend/stretch to stock shelves

· Comfortable climbing ladder

Compensation & Benefits Package
Our visual merchandising specialist base pay ranges from $20 - $25/hour with a target bonus of an additional $5 per hour, bringing our total target compensation range between $25 - $30/hour, depending on location and level of experience. Our pay-for-performance bonus philosophy supports our employees by recognizing exceptional individual and team performance.
