Job description

Capstone Solutions is a telecommunications construction company seeking an experienced RF Tower Foreman / Top Hand for the greater Spokane area.

Responsibilities
  • Perform tower modifications, inspections, and audits.
  • Able to lead and manage crew members / take direction well.
  • Able to take direction from managers and work well in a team.
  • Assist in building various types of communication sites such as monopoles, rooftops, self-supporting, and guyed.
  • Properly use RF test gear and adequately perform basic Sweep and PIM testing.
  • Utilize proper procedures for all types of rigging operations.
  • Accountable and responsible for project execution, including scope, safety, schedule, implementation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize safety and consistently follow all OSHA procedures, company policies, and participate in safe work practices.
  • 100% tie off when working on towers.

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of construction or telecommunications experience preferred.
  • Experience with antenna installation and alignment, TMA's, Coax, Connectors, Jumpers, grounding, weatherproofing, RRU's, fiber, installation of steel platforms and grounding.
  • Basic electrical skills along with experience using and operating power and hand tools.
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable MVR, and reliable transportation.
  • Physically capable of and willing to climb tall structures more than 300 feet and work in PNW weather conditions.
  • Able to lift, carry, push, pull 75+ lbs.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to learn and retain new information.
  • Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with management, co-workers and clients.
  • Able and willing to travel, work overtime + weekends (occasionally)
