OverviewAs a crew foreman for our Ohio market, you will be responsible for site management duties that include tower and ground operations, sweep testing, tower maintenance and installation, coaxial and antenna installation and required RF testing, and related responsibilities in accordance with OSHA safety guidelines. Every day, you will interact with customers and subcontractors, complete necessary paperwork, and communicate with the construction manager about work progress and known issues. You will also review and approve your crew's work, providing training, guidance, and work leadership necessary to maximize safety and productivity, minimize costs, and maintain quality. What We Need from YouTo thrive in this role, you must be able to climb towers and work at heights up to 500 feet, performing manual labor in outdoor environments. You must possess basic computer skills and be able to complete/submit paperwork by required deadlines.
