What We're Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain wireless telecom equipment on towers
  • Work safely at extreme heights in various weather conditions
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve telecom system issues efficiently
  • Follow strict safety procedures and regulations
  • Mentor and train junior tower technicians
  • Travel for projects, with most weekends spent at home

Physical Demands:

  • Climb, maneuver, twist, and operate at heights exceeding 300 feet
  • Lift and carry up to 100 lbs as needed
  • Work outdoors in rain, snow, and extreme temperatures
  • Stand, kneel, crouch, and crawl as part of daily tasks
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tower climbing or telecom construction
  • Proficiency in rigging, tower erection, and antenna installation
  • Familiarity with RF, fiber optics, and telecom infrastructure
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
