Overview

The Barback supports bartenders during the BMW Golf Tournament by keeping bars stocked, organized, and ready for service. This position is responsible for replenishing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with bar operations to ensure efficient service throughout the event.

This role pays an hourly rate of $21.00

This is a seasonal role from August 17, 2026 and will end on August 23, 2026.

This position will remain open until August 23, 2026

Responsibilities
  • Restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, and other bar supplies.
  • Replenish inventory throughout the event to keep bars fully stocked.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area.
  • Remove empty bottles, trash, and used materials from the bar.
  • Assist bartenders with opening, closing, and general bar setup.
  • Transport products and supplies between storage areas and bar locations.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies.
  • Provide support to bartenders and other team members as needed.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Previous barback, food and beverage, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects on a regular basis.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be dependable and able to follow directions.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event.
  • Must meet all company and event requirements for employment.
  • Must obtain any required alcohol service certification before the event, if applicable.
