Job Summary
Pour strategy into every glass and elevate the guest experience. As Director of Beverage, you will lead beverage operations, drive program innovation, and deliver best-in-class service across all outlets while maximizing revenue and ensuring operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in beverage management or hospitality leadership
Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer programs
Experience with inventory management systems and cost controls
Relevant certifications (e.g., ServSafe, alcohol service certification)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute beverage programs across all service areas
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing agreements
Oversee inventory control, ordering, and cost management
Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations
Collaborate with culinary and operations teams
Analyze sales trends and adjust offerings to maximize revenue
