Position Overview

The In-House Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing marketing team while maximizing tour production and supporting the overall success of the resort.

You'll partner closely with Sales Leadership to ensure consistent tour flow, implement marketing initiatives, recruit and develop talent, and create a culture centered on accountability, performance, and guest experience.
