Job description

We are looking for an ambitious & reliable Bi-lingual Leasing Agent with strong customer service & sales experience to join the team at one of our beautiful properties in Gardner, KS. Candidate should be proficient in both Spanish and English.

Our leasing agents are the first faces that our residents and prospects see when they walk in the clubhouse.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer the phone, maintain organized and proper filing systems, etc.

  • Greet prospective residents and work with current residents to resolve concerns and submit service requests

  • Tour the community & vacant apartment homes, knowledge of community floor plans

  • Oversee and ensure the accurate completion of application and lease paperwork

  • Show and lease apartments!

  • Take maintenance work orders, as needed.

  • Following up on maintenance work orders

  • Prepare leases and renewals. Assist the management staff with anything they may need assistance with.

  • Following up with leads

  • Walking the property once a day to ensure the property has a strong curb appeal

  • Collecting the information required for applications approvals.
  • Preparing move-in packets and coordinating move-ins with all new residents
  • Ensuring that all models and "make ready" units are in optimal condition
