What You Bring:
  • Valid Texas LVN license or compact nursing license is preferred or licensed social worker, recreational therapist, or certified dementia practitioner
  • Experience as a nurse leader in a skilled nursing facility and working directly with memory care patients required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
  • Experience working with individuals living with dementia, including program development and understanding of disease progression
