Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in health and welfare benefits administration in implementation, operations, optimization, or vendor/provider environments
  • 4+ years of experience supporting eligibility, enrollment, life events, deductions, vendor feeds, or reconciliations in a benefits administration environment
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Human Capital Management or payroll integration activities for benefits administration, including data flows, timing, file-based exchanges, or application programming interface exchanges
  • 3+ years of experience preparing client-facing presentations, status updates, or deliverables using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, or data visualization platforms
  • Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Certification in one or more human resources or benefits disciplines, such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, Professional in Human Resources, Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional, or comparable certification
  • 5+ years of experience supporting or leading health and welfare benefits change initiatives, including implementation, process redesign, communications, stakeholder readiness, or adoption activities
  • 3+ years of experience supporting operational transition activities for benefits administration, including stabilization, hypercare, standard operating procedures, training materials, or service-level metrics
  • 3+ years of experience using project delivery tools or methods, including workplans, risk, action, issue, and decision logs, requirements traceability, or collaboration tools

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $122,000 to $240,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
