About the role:
As an International Pricing Coordinator for TQL, you will work closely with our internal and external sales employees by assisting with day-to-day quoting for Drayage and Ocean opportunities. In addition, you will run reports for general requests and other international team initiatives.

What you'll be doing:
  • Prepare quotes for both internal and external customers using standardized processes and tools
  • Ensure quotes are in accordance with export, import, and domestic procedures
  • Assist in the creation of reports for both internal and external customers
  • Maintain data integrity for internal and external reporting purposes
  • Follow all established SOPs to ensure proper documentation is collected
  • Escalate issues as appropriate to a supervisor for resolution

What you need:
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Communicate and confirm critical information to sales floor
  • Proven success handling multiple tasks and assigning priorities
  • Ability to stay focused in an extremely active/open office environment
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
