POSITION SUMMARY:
Prepare and maintain film projections, which influence sales strategy and decisions. Oversee Post reporting process. Manage system processes essential for accurate scheduling of ads, and attendance reporting. Provide sales support or customer service to our national sales team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Film Projections - 40%
  • Build and maintain database that houses all film openings and their projected gross performance and attendance for the entire year and beyond.
  • Utilize previous analysis exercises to project opening weekend and weekly gross, weekly drop off performance, and total film performance in order to create smarter proposals and plan for make-good.
  • Utilize the internet and 3rd party sources to gather data as it relates to ratings, opening date shifts, title changes and film buzz in order to stay up to date with recent box office trends and data.
  • Perform additional analysis as needed

Inventory and Attendance Reporting - 30%
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to ensure all parties understand relevant changes
  • Maintain database of reports for sales team
  • Utilize internal attendance cubes for various internal analysis projects outside of the normal nationally sold clients reporting, which include ad hoc requests for attendance from sales (both nationally and regionally) for individual theaters, markets, ratings and dates; historical attendance delivery; 3D attendance, both current and historical.

Post Reporting - 15%
  • Utilize internal attendance data to faciliate stewarding and posting of all national ad programs.
  • Collaborate with sales team to answer client questions and requests for additional data. Manage expectations with Sales and Clients.
  • Develop tools and processes to handle changes in client needs, or in data availability.

Ad Hoc Projects - 15%
  • Responsible for other projects including (but not limited to): pricing stategy, proposal strategy, onboarding of new software or 3rd party tools, and other one-off requests.
  • Will often work with and/or present ideas to Management.

Salary Range: Base Salary of approximately $100,000 - $135,000 annually plus bonus - compensation is commensurate with skills & experience.
