This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has a genuine passion for marketing excellence across channels.
What you'll be doing:
  • Plan and execute customer sponsorships, including budget management, leadership status check-ins, and fulfillment
  • Collaborate with customer marketing to support customer marketing initiatives, including helping develop content and messaging that amplifies customer success stories, webinars, and media initiatives
  • Assist in demand generation campaigns, supporting campaign setup, tracking, and performance analysis using platforms like HubSpot and AdRoll

  • Own the webinar strategy, coordinating logistics, speakers, and demand gen around events
  • Support tradeshow initiatives, including travel to events to support activation and customer engagement, and logistics for our user event
  • Support execution across multiple marketing channels, including email, social media, content, and paid advertising, helping coordinate marketing calendars to ensure consistency and alignment
  • Support marketing operations tasks, including list management and CRM hygiene in HubSpot
  • Partner with the product team to stay informed on product updates, roadmap, and upcoming launches, including revenue plan alignment
  • Stay up to date on market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze customer behaviors to help identify and understand target audiences
  • Stay current with social media and marketing trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep Total Expert's approach fresh and competitive, including AI adoption and channel opportunities
  • Support other marketing team members as needed to ensure smooth execution and achievement of marketing goals

What we are looking for:
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or fintech/martech environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt quickly in a growing company environment, with a "roll up your sleeves" work ethic
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of flawless execution
  • Experience in planning and executing webinars or virtual events

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the financial services, lending, or martech industries
  • Familiarity with mortgage lending, loan origination, or CRM software
  • Knowledge of HubSpot's CRM and Sales Hub
  • Experience with social media management and content creation (blog, video, infographics)
  • Experience managing content calendars and coordinating multi-channel content production
  • Passion for staying up to date with social media trends, marketing best practices, AI, and industry developments
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, fast-paced startup or scale-up environment

Compensation/Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 annually. Final total compensation offered is dependent upon the selected individual's qualifications and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance and other factors.
