Role: SAP Test Manager

Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)

Job Type: Full Time

Position Summary:

Client is growing, and we are currently seeking an SAP QA Manager to play a key role in our organization. The SAP QA Manager requires strong knowledge of SAP and good understanding of QA concepts including SAP methodologies. In this role, the SAP QA Manager will lead and deliver testing services, utilizing industry standards and best practices to meet customer requirements. The SAP QA Test Manager will work collaboratively to establish and improve the overall QA processes to improve the quality of the product. Must be located in Denver, Colorado.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the client leadership team to ensure successful testing within the organization.
  • Lead and deliver as required on critical engagements within the SAP testing practice.
  • Assess and develop a deep understanding of customer's manual and automated testing needs within the SAP environment.
  • Maintain a hands-on involvement in test execution, test automation, and risk coverage analysis.
  • Review functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for SAP applications.
  • Produce test artifacts, including test strategy, test plan, test cases, and test metrics reports.
  • Ensure high-quality work internally and at customer sites while meeting project deadlines.
  • Cultivate excellent relationships with key stakeholders and manage their expectations effectively.
  • Actively participate in project team meetings, offering insights on application issues and presenting solutions to meet requirements and ensure desired quality.

Role Requirements:

  • Strong experience in SAP testing.
  • Solid understanding of QA processes and methodologies.

  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to proactively address challenges.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities from both a business and systems perspective.
  • Highly self-motivated and a capable leader.
  • Effective prioritization and task execution in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to facilitate open discussions and constructive debates.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in working with Test Automation team with one or more test automation tools and frameworks: Selenium, UFT, TOSCA, Rational Robot, etc.
  • Experience in business requirements analysis and test case design using Test Case management tools: qTest, ALM, TFS, JIRA plug-ins, etc.
  • Ability to document defects and track them to resolution using defect management tools: JIRA, qTest, Quality Center, TFS, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in SAP Testing Projects
  • 3-4 years of experience in SAP migration/implementation
  • Over 4+ years of experience in leading large QA teams and projects
  • Must have knowledge of SAP landscape.
