What You'll Do
  • Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions, blueprints, and engineering drawings
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and calibrated measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, torque tools) accurately and safely
  • Perform inprocess inspection of your own work and verify conformance to specifications before passing work to the next operation
  • Complete production and quality records accurately and honestly — traceability matters in everything we build
  • Follow Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention, ESD, and productsafety practices at your workstation
  • Identify, tag, and report nonconforming material or suspect parts immediately
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with all safety policies, including required PPE and safety glasses
  • Support continuous improvement by suggesting better, safer ways to do the work

  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions, blueprints, and basic measurements
