Familiarity with posing techniques and timing, as well as adhering to studio guidelines, are important technical aspects of the role. What are weekend figure drawing models?

Weekend figure drawing models are individuals who pose for artists, typically in art schools, studios, or workshops, during weekends. Their primary role is to hold various poses—ranging from short gestures to longer, sustained positions—so that artists can practice and improve their skills in capturing the human form. Models may pose nude or clothed, depending on the session requirements. The job requires the ability to remain still, professionalism, and punctuality.
