Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Hydro Fitness Instructors to lead innovative and engaging hydro sculpt water-based classes. This role requires a strong background in aqua group fitness instruction, a commitment to safety, and the ability to create inclusive and motivating classes for members of all fitness levels.

  • Lead safe, effective, and high-energy aqua classes
  • Provide modifications and progressions as needed
  • Engage with members before and after class to build continuously build community
  • Ensure a safe environment through proper supervision and use of equipment
  • Collaborate with the Group Fitness Manager to maintain programming excellence

Pay Transparency

This is a part time, hourly position. Hourly rate ranges from $65-$75 per class; $17.95/hr for non-class hours

Qualifications
  • Certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE, AFAA, or equivalent)
  • Aqua-specific certification (AEA, SCW, or equivalent) preferred
  • CPR/AED certification (required or willing to obtain)
  • Previous experience teaching aqua or water fitness classes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
