The Customer Support Specialist II will provide exceptional order to invoice customer relations experience for assigned accounts all TTC Brands. Work with customers to manage product availability and shipment consolidation in an effort to satisfy their requirements.

What Will You Do?

  • Coordinate information flow, orders, and shipments to meet shipping goals of International Distributors.

  • Process shipments for international customers in accordance with export regulations.

  • Provide Export Documentation based on U.S. Export rules and regulations.

  • Support and interact with internal customers such as; sales and marketing, inventory analysts, distribution centers, credit, and traffic to facilitate order requirements.

  • Maintain knowledge of Toro product.

  • Maintain best in class responsiveness to correspondence with internal and external customers.

  • Identify and communicate any issues which would delay or impede prompt shipment of orders. May troubleshoot issues of routine complexity.

  • Document and update departmental procedures as needed.

  • Support and provide suggestions to periodic projects and activities such as LEAN process improvements.

  • Complete ongoing learning and education to ensure competence with growing and changing needs of the corporation.

  • All other tasks and projects as assigned..

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-4 years of experience.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate.

  • Proficient written communication skills to effectively communicate.

  • Ability to organize, assemble, and arrange resources to meet goals.

  • Skilled data entry and system navigation skills.

  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations, remaining focused on the ultimate objective.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to support interaction and development of relationships with a wide-range of internal and external customers.

  • Capacity to work independently as well as within a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including strong keyboarding skills.

  • Experience with order related systems; SAP and Salesforce product knowledge and configurations desired.

  • 0 to 10% travel (domestic and international).

  • Competitive Salary - The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $59,000 - $73,000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance. Eligibility and award amounts are determined by company policy and performance metrics. If you need to, you can access your pay early with the dailypay app.
