  • Work hands-on with Teradyne UltraFlex / UltraFlexplus platforms for device characterization and production test
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins) to automate test program builds, validation, and deployment
  • Write test automation and data-analysis scripts in Python, Perl, or similar
  • Collaborate with design, product, and yield engineering teams to root-cause test failures and improve test coverage/throughput
  • Support correlation between engineering and production test data across [[2: number of sites/programs, or specific fabs/OSATs involved]]
  • Document test procedures and drive continuous improvement in test time and yield
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of ATE test development experience
  • Hands-on experience with Teradyne UltraFlex / UltraFlexplus testers (required)
  • Experience testing digital, PMIC, RF, or mixed-signal devices
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD tooling (GitLab, Jenkins) in a test/production environment
  • Proficiency in a scripting language (Python, Perl, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills โ€” this role works across engineering, product, and manufacturing teams
