CNC MACHINISTS / CNC OPERATORS

Location: Massachusetts

Pay: $30–$45/hr + bonuses

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

About the Role

We are looking for experienced CNC Machinists and Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on opportunity for candidates with experience setting up, operating, programming, and inspecting precision-machined parts.

What You’ll Do:
  • Set up and operate CNC machinery
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T
  • Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
  • Read, edit, and make adjustments to G-code/M-code
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
  • Troubleshoot machines and make necessary adjustments
  • Ensure parts meet tight dimensional and quality requirements
  • Work with different materials, tooling, and machining processes
  • Support continuous improvement and efficient production
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of CNC or precision machining experience
  • Experience setting up and operating CNC machines
  • Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
  • Knowledge of G-code/M-code
  • Experience with precision measuring and inspection equipment
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • CNC programming experience is a plus

Experience with Swiss CNC machines such as Tornos, Nakamura, or Star is a plus, but we are open to candidates with other CNC backgrounds.
