WHAT WE'RE SEEKING
The Senior Sales Manager is accountable for exceeding overall revenue, profitability, and budgetary goals. This position is responsible for generating sales leads, developing relationships with prospects, presenting customized partnership proposals, and negotiating new partnership agreements, while ensuring sustainable year-over-year revenue growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Achieve annual revenue and profitability goals (20% of time)
  • Secure multi-year partnership agreements managing all negotiations, asset allocations, and deal components (20% of time)
  • Own all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, researching, presenting, negotiating, and finalizing the agreement (20% of time)
  • Develop customized partnership programs using Topgolf commercial assets that align with client objectives, enhance the guest experience, and generate revenue (15% of time)
  • Interface and work in collaboration with corporate partners, internal departments, executive management, as well as each Topgolf venue in order to fulfill contractual assets (15% of time)
  • Other duties and projects as assigned (10% of time)
