Job description

Lawn Maintenance Foreman

Horizon Landscape is hiring a Lawn Maintenance Foreman for a full-time field leadership position. You'll run a crew through daily service routes and enhancements, operate industry-standard equipment, and make sure every property is completed to company quality and safety standards.

The role involves leading a lawn maintenance crew through services including mowing, mulching, topsoil, sod, planting, hedge trimming, and flower installations. You'll operate and maintain ride-on mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, and hand tools, and communicate clearly with both your crew and supervisors throughout the day.

To be considered, you need solid green industry field experience with a good knowledge of lawn maintenance services and equipment, crew leadership experience, where you've led people, not just worked alongside them and strong mechanical aptitude. You're dependable, professional, and maintain a positive attitude in varying outdoor conditions.

Horizon Landscape has over 50 years of growth behind it and more ahead. We are a place where strong performers are recognized and given more opportunities. Foremen with broader skills and interest may be considered for roles in our Irrigation or Turf Care departments. If this sounds like where you belong, we want to hear from you.
