Are you a motivated leader with a passion for great food and teamwork? Twisted Tomato Stow, located in Stow, OH, is on the hunt for a reliable and hands-on Evening Manager to help us deliver top-notch service and culinary excellence. If you’re an experienced shift leader, supervisor, or a seasoned cook ready to step into management, this is your chance to shine!

What You’ll Do

As our Evening Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly during high-volume evening shifts. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Shift Leadership & Labor Management: Supervise the team during busy evening hours, delegate tasks, and actively manage labor percentages to maintain profitability.
  • Culinary Excellence: Master all menu items and prep procedures to ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet our high standards.
  • Closing & Security: Handle end-of-night paperwork, store food according to health codes, secure the building, and ensure all equipment is properly shut down.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive, fast-paced work environment by training and motivating team members to stay on task and deliver their best.
What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of restaurant management, supervisory experience, or strong professional cooking/kitchen experience with leadership ambitions.
  • Availability: Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and Sundays (a must during football season!). Flexibility for occasional morning shifts is required.
