Work You'll Do

As a Consultant on the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the functional design for a Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation by translating Federal client requirements into aligned Core Human Resources (HR) business processes and configuration inputs
  • Supporting the Workday Core HR workstream through pre-implementation readiness and planning activities, including deliverables and milestone tracking
  • Assisting with pre-implementation discovery and readiness efforts, including current-state assessments, future-state process design, requirements validation, and tracking functional risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
  • Providing Workday functional support by demonstrating Workday capabilities, advising on leading practices and trade-offs, and helping inform client decision-making
  • Developing and maintaining pre-implementation work products, including process maps, requirements and design documentation, configuration workbooks, and inputs for data, security, testing, and cutover readiness
  • Collaborating with technical and adjacent functional leads to support end-to-end alignment across security, reporting, integrations, and data conversion impacts to Core HR

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
