As a Corporate Performance Management System Administrator / Finance OneStream Administrator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Administrator and maintain the financial performance management platform (OneStream), including metadata, configurations, workflows and security.
  • Supporting consolidation, close, reconciliation, planning and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, stability and timely system performance.
  • Developing and maintaining calculations, business rules and reporting solutions, including views, dashboards and related analytics.
  • Managing integrations, data loads, mappings, validations, and troubleshooting system issues affecting financial results.
  • Supporting compliance requirements by maintaining controls, managing access reviews and assisting with audit activities.
  • Provide user support, documentation and training to enable effective system use and operational continuity.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • One (1) year of handson administration experience with OneStream or Oracle HFM in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Five (5) years of experience in financial systems, enterprise performance management or corporate finance technology in a private, public, government or military environment
  • OneStream certification
  • Developing cube views, dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in writing OneStream business rules and calculations using C# and VB.NET.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving capability, including troubleshooting system, data and integration issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for partnering with stakeholders and supporting users.
  • Experience with corporate consolidations in a large enterprise environment
  • Background in accounting or finance
  • Familiarity with relational tables and SQL queries

Work location:

  • Remote - This position has the possibility for remote work for candidates located more than 50 miles from 3M Global Headquarters in Maplewood, MN. For candidates located within a commutable distance to Maplewood, MN, this rolefollows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.
