• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, challenges, and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide treatment.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to a diverse clientele, working with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment challenges.
• Develop collaborative treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, incorporating measurable objectives and evidence-based interventions.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services to clients in distress, ensuring their safety and mental stability throughout the process.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and community resources available for additional support.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Follow state regulations and ethical guidelines governing mental health practice, ensuring informed consent and client confidentiality.
• Demonstrate cultural competence by providing services that respect the diverse backgrounds of our clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in case conferences and integrating insights from various mental health professionals to optimize client care.

The LMHC will work with a varied population of clients, from children to adults, experiencing a range of mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, behavioral issues, trauma, and developmental transitions. The role requires an understanding of the unique cultural contexts that affect clients' mental health and functionality, allowing for tailored interventions that effectively promote recovery.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in outpatient therapy settings.
• Proven expertise in providing effective therapeutic interventions and understanding of mental health diagnostics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a genuine empathy for clients in distress.
• A commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity in all interactions.

• Experience using telehealth platforms and technologies to conduct remote therapy sessions.
• Specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• Previous experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivity issues in therapeutic practices.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, aligned with your experience and expertise.
