This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus for new team members.

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ trauma history, strengths, and needs, guiding appropriate treatment planning.
• Collaboratively develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and improving overall well-being.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.
• Facilitate individual therapy and group sessions, creating safe spaces for clients to process trauma, develop coping strategies, and support one another.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients.
• Respond to crisis situations with timely intervention, providing support during trauma-related emergencies.
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available resources in the community.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring high-quality record-keeping.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in trauma therapy to continually enhance therapeutic approaches and patient outcomes.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Top Point Mental Health Solutions, you will work primarily with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including those seeking help for PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Your role will involve understanding their unique experiences and delivering tailored interventions that promote recovery and resilience. With a focus on empowering clients through effective treatment modalities, you will help them reclaim their lives and well-being.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, empathetic approach to client care.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience preferred, particularly in trauma-focused clinical settings.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to promote integrated care.
