• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual’s circumstances.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive change and resilience in clients.
• Document clinical records accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case consultations, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community support services.
• Stay informed on the latest research, trends, and best practices in the mental health field to enhance service delivery.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, demonstrating your advanced training in the field.
• You must possess a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Washington, confirming your professional qualifications.
