• Conduct thorough client assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to each patient’s unique needs.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver effective individual therapy, focusing on personal growth and emotional wellness.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals and continuously monitor client progress to ensure adequate support and intervention adjustments as needed.
• Provide virtual therapy options, employing technology to facilitate sessions effectively, especially for clients facing accessibility challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation to uphold ethical and professional standards in therapy practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Possess a current and valid state license as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Hold a relevant Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.
• Showcase strong organizational and time-management skills in managing client caseloads effectively.

• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms is highly valued.
• A background in trauma-informed care approaches will enhance client engagement and treatment outcomes.
