Job Description

We are looking to fill several Retail Representatives roles!ย 

Top Notch Marketing Solutionsย is a Retail Marketing & Sales firm with a home office in Nicholasville, KY. We do operate out of 2 other locations, one in Lexington and one in Nicholasville. We specialize in new client acquisitions and customer retention. We represent several Fortune 100 & 500 companies in the home entertainment, electronics, and credit industries. We put our representatives face to face with the consumer in retail partnerships. We are experiencing great growth this year and we need to add some strong team members to our family!

In this entry level role, theย Retail Representativeย will use his or her eagerness to learn and implement natural enthusiasm to assist the retail marketing division & client acquisitions team with all tasks involved in developing and executing the company's overall marketing plan. This entry level position will include a combination of: customer service, marketing and sales. Top performers will have the opportunity for advancement through our Management Training Program. We take pride in only advancing from within through the top notch training program we have in place.ย 


Entry Level Job Duties:

  • Customer Service: Provide an in-store customer service presence for our clients. This includes answering any questions the consumer may have. Additionally, you will help them make an educated decision on their purchase.
  • Marketing: Learn and execute promotional marketing campaigns. A student mentality is needed because we often have quickly changing promotions.
  • Sales: Execute sales campaigns-new client acquisitions and retention
