About the Role:
Join MONSON FLEET MANAGEMENT SERVICES as an On-Site Diesel Mechanic and be a vital part of our dedicated team in Fredericksburg, VA. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will utilize your skills to keep our fleet running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize fleet performance and reliability.

Requirements:
