Top Notch Therapy is interviewing for home health PT/OT/ST to perform evaluations, discharges, and reassessments. We are also interviewing for PTA/COTA position to perform follow up treatments in the Palm Beach County areas.

This is a per diem position that allows you to work as an independent contractor and make your own schedule. We are seeking high quality therapists to help patients in their home settings by providing tailored care for their needs to maximize patient outcomes.

  • Electronic documentation, easy invoice tracking, on time pay.

Requirements:

  • CPR
  • Liability Insurance
  • Home Health experience a plus, but not required
  • Organizational skills
