Role/Department: Regional Marketing Specialist/Wealth Management Marketing

The key responsibilities of the role include:
Under moderate supervision from senior team members, assists with the development of channel- or market-specific plans that promote NT capabilities, products, and services according to business unit and regional priorities.
Assists with the design of multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase awareness and engagement, which based on the role, may include events, sponsorships, content creation, communications, and digital marketing activities.
Supports the monitoring of initiatives and campaign performance, generates detailed reports, and regularly communicates with stakeholders regarding improvement opportunities.
Dependent on role, may work with cross-functional marketing teams to assist with the development of marketing materials by representing the client segment, specifying tone, voice, and context nuances relevant to segment penetration and adoption.
Supports initiatives and campaigns to ensure quality execution, budget and timely delivery.
Maintains brand standards across all projects.
Assists in developing and maintaining strategic marketing relationships and programs to achieve measurable results.
Supports internal communications efforts to provide updates to marketing and stakeholder partners about planning progress, campaign performance, and new sales enablement activities.
Continues to build knowledge of the company, processes and clients.

Skills/Qualifications:
Candidates should bring 1-3 years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or channel marketing, ideally within financial services or a similar sector.
Conceptual knowledge of financial services topics and products
Proficiency with marketing software, automation tools, and/or design platforms
Experience with project management, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities
Adaptability to adjust strategies in response to market trends and campaign performance
Experience working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Commitment to continuous learning and development within the financial services industry
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience with the development of multi-channel marketing plans, collaborating across teams, and driving measurable results is preferred.
Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, AI and digital content creation is preferred.

Multilingual, with excellent oral and written communication skills, specifically in English and Spanish
Minimal travel within Florida's East Coast may be required
