Job Description:

A growing and highly recognized organization is seeking an experienced Lead Executive Recruiter to lead executive and senior leadership hiring initiatives across corporate functions. This individual will serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leadership, driving executive search strategies and delivering exceptional leadership talent aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in executive recruiting, passive candidate engagement, leadership assessment, talent mapping, and stakeholder management. This role requires a consultative recruiting professional capable of partnering with executive leaders to attract, assess, and secure top-tier talent for critical leadership positions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle executive recruiting efforts for Director, Senior Director, Vice President, and other senior leadership positions.
  • Partner with executive leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to develop strategic talent acquisition plans.
  • Conduct executive talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence analysis.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies utilizing networking, referrals, executive search methodologies, and direct outreach.
  • Evaluate executive candidates based on leadership competencies, organizational fit, and long-term business impact.
  • Manage confidential executive searches while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
  • Facilitate executive interview processes, stakeholder alignment meetings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
  • Provide executive talent market insights, compensation trends, and competitive intelligence to leadership teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-performing executive talent pipelines.
