Job description

A Snapshot of Your Day
You work closely with global colleagues across functions, and external partners to shape digital tools and processes that support efficient daily work. Your day alternates between focused work on requirements and roadmaps, collaboration with developers and stakeholders, and alignment meetings across functions and regions. You support teams with tool rollouts, training, and practical guidance, while also advising on cybersecurity topics in proposals and projects. As the environment evolves quickly, you actively accompany teams through change and help embed new digital ways of working.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Responsibility for digitalization initiatives, tools, and process landscape across the HRSG organization
  • Budget planning, cost control, and timeline responsibility for internally funded digital development projects
  • Product ownership in agile development includes requirements definition, testing, rollout, data migration, training, and first-level support
  • Definition and alignment of requirements for third-party funded tools and coordination with internal and external development partners
  • Definition, maintenance, documentation, and alignment of HRSG processes with overarching GCO standards
  • Cybersecurity guidance for proposal and execution teams, including implementation of regulations, standards, and project-specific support
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience working in global, cross-functional, and virtual teams
  • Strong knowledge of tool landscapes, digital roadmaps, and power plant work processes
  • Solid business acumen within the power generation or industrial project environment
  • High self-motivation, structured working style, multitasking ability, and strong organizational skills
  • Familiar with continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Scrum
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
